The Team Manager is to keep the approved team signature sheet and have it available for signature verification at the commencement of each game. Keep it in a plastic sleeve (please don't laminate in case you have late registrations join your team). Check the other teams signature sheet at the beginning of each game against what has been signed on the score sheet. If you borrow a player you MUST have a copy of their teams signature sheet to verify that they are playing correctly – a photo will suffice. If you believe that a team has an additional player who hasn’t signed the signature sheet, they can’t take the court until you’ve sighted their signature sheet.
