If your team needs to forfeit, please follow the procedure below: Before Game Day
Call the NYC Secretary (0412 047 495). The secretary will advise the opposing team and MWNA.
Please provide your team number, time of play and opposing club name and team number.
Please provide a reason for forfeiting.
On Game Day
If you have to forfeit on game day you will need to send your manager/coach up to the tower and advise the competition secretary which team is forfeiting, the teams involved and the reason why.
Please then advise the NYC secretary via email or text (0412 047 495).
If your team is forfeited against on game day by the other team not arriving, please get 5 players to sign the scoresheet and return the scoresheet to the tower and claim the forfeit.
